Madison Travels to Horace Mann for a Quad Meet with Bryant and White Plains High Schools
On Friday, December 9th, the Golden Knights travelled to the Bronx for three dual meets against Horace Mann, Bryant, and White Plains high schools.
In a great effort, the Knights fell just short of defeating Horace Mann, the New York State Independent School Champions. The contest was still very much in play going
into the last match, which resulted in a respectable final score of 40-32.
Against White Plains, a New York State Section I team with a strong line-up of wrestlers, Madison battled hard, but lost with a final score of 42-33.
In the evening’s final match, the Knights dominated fellow PSAL wrestling team Bryant High School from Queens by a score of 76-6.
The Madison Golden Knights are currently 3-2 overall and 2-0 in their PSAL division, Brooklyn South.
